Installed during the winter in a never-before-seen timeframe, the architectural panel cladding of the Gilles Villeneuve Circuit paddock required a tighter management of our supply chain. We used this opportunity to implement new governance and management tools to allow superior planning and rigor, a practice that still accompanies us in all our mandates to this day.
